The suspect then drove away from the scene, according to the report.
The victim told police the suspect was a white man in his 30s, who was wearing a camouflage ball cap, a camouflage hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans, authorities said.
The victim said he called 911 after he was stabbed and then took Exit 32 off of the highway to await the arrival of police, the report from authorities said.
